CREATING ACCESS & CONNECTING COMMUNITY THROUGH FARM AND FOOD
At Cobblestone Farms, our mission goes beyond the fields we cultivate. We grow fresh food for members of our community experiencing hunger. The 2023 Fall Harvest Event is a chance for us to gather and reflect on the positive impact we as a community have collectively made in the lives of those in need.
