GENERAL INFORMATION
Move-In Timeframe: Summer 2024
Application Fee: $14.00 (+ processing fee) per adult, 18 and over (rental application fee only, waitlist application is FREE)
Security Deposit: $600 for triplexes and duplexes, $650 for homes*
(*Security deposit is O.A.C. - must pass all 3 screening criteria - 1. credit, 2. criminal, and 3. positive reference from current landlord)
Pet Deposit - $650.00 per pet (see attached pet restrictions)
HUD Vouchers Accepted!
